VIII. NORTH TOUR - 11 days/10 nights
| Day 1 | Arrival in Addis. Installation. Visit of projects, NGOs… |
| Day 2 | Addis - Kombolcha. |
| Day 3 | Kombolcha - Lalibela. |
| Day 4 | Lalibela : visit of the churches, either the whole day or only in the morning. |
| Day 5 | Lalibela - Gondar. |
| Day 6 | Gondar: visit of the Castle, Fasil’s Baths, Debre Birhan Selassie Church. Free afternoon. |
| Day 7 | Gondar - Bahir Dar, eventually with a stop in Awra Amba village. |
| Day 8 | Bahir Dar: visit of the Zeghe Peninsula by boat (church), free time in town… |
| Day 9 | Bahir Dar: either bird watching tour by boat in the morning, or excursion in option to the Nile Falls*, or free time around the lake. Departure to Fenote Selam in the afternoon. |
| Day 10 | Fenote Selam – Nile Gorge Portuguese Bridge - Addis. |
| Day 11 | Addis: visit to projects, NGOs, museum… Departure at night. |
* The Nile Falls excursion can be organised on the spot with a supplement of 20 €/pers. In case Axum has inquired and there is enough water to make the trip interesting… Unfortunately, since the construction of an hydro-electric system around the falls, the level of the water makes the tour most of the time uninteresting. Axum can inquire and organise it if it is worthwhile… Otherwise, boat tour on the lake Tana, or rest along the shore, or walk around in town.
