| Day 3 | Awash - Harar. |
| Day 4 | Visit of Harar - Jogol in the morning. Free afternoon in town. Hyenas dinner… |
| Day 5 | Harar - Dire Dawa. Visit of Dire Dawa. |
| Day 6 | Dire Dawa - Nazreth. |
| Day 7 | Nazreth - Debre Zeyit (lakes…) - Addis. |
| Day 8 | Addis - Kombolcha. |
| Day 9 | Kombolcha - Lalibela. |
| Day 10 | Lalibela: visit of the churches, either the whole day, or only in the morning and free afternoon. |
| Day 11 | Lalibela - Gondar. |
| Day 12 | Gondar: visit of the Castle, Fasil Baths and the church of Debre Birhan Selassie in the morning… Free afternoon in town. |
| Day 13 | Gondar - Awra Amba (very special village, project supported by Betsega) - Bahir Dar. |
| Day 14 | Bahir Dar : visit of the Zeghe Peninsula (church!) by boat, free afternoon in town. |
| Day 15 | Bahir Dar. Morning: either bird watching by boat, or Nile Falls**, or free time. Afternoon: departure to Fenote Selam. |
| Day 16 | Fenote Selam – Nile Gorge - Portuguese bridge (view!) - Addis. |
| Day 17 | Addis. Visit to projects, cooperatives, museum. Departure in the night. |
* The lodge is INSIDE the Awash National Park, directly along the falls and the river… You can see the falls, sometimes crocodiles and monkeys. The tour does NOT include a visit of the park, as this visit has turned out to be rather disappointing as far as seeing the animals is concerned, and the roads are very bad, so that it is very difficult with the minibus…
** Nile Falls: since the construction of an hydro-electric system, the water level has considerably diminished around the falls, making the visit quite disappointing most of the time. The access road is also very bad. If you are interested, Axum can inquire once you are in Bahir Dar about the water level, and he can organise the excursion if there is enough water. There will then be a supplement of 20 € per person, because he has to rent another car due to the poor road condition…
